I am currently using Gmail as my email client. Gmail has been successfully synched with Zoho CRM and there is no problem sending and receiving emails here.
I have also set up an IMAP synch between Zoho Mail and Gmail from the Google Workspace.
I can send an email from Zoho Mail to a contact that appears as a contact in ZMail (synched to CRM) and it arrives at the contact correctly. It shows in the CRM mail against the record.
When I reply from the contact to the email it appears in the inbox of Gmail and CRM email record but not in Zoho Mail.
Is there a way of synching the CRM mail record with Zmail.
The Zoho Mail calendar is synching where there is a contact in the google calendar but not if it's not connected to a contact.
Zoho mail tasks are also not connected to Zoho CRM tasks.
Is there a way of integrating the mail, tasks and calendar theough the set up in Zoho Mail or some other process.
