I am currently testing Zoho CRM before registration for the enterprise version. I tried to find on the forum the answer to my problem, but I was not able to understand.
1. I want to create a custom module mainly containing a text field to create special memos: name example "
Associated Consultations." > (For this step, I can do).
2. Now, I need to connect this custom module to a
Leads module. I need to create records and open it from the
Lead module to quickly view the contents during a phone call. (As a Product module, Solutions, etc.). > Sorry, I have not been able to understand how the lookup field works. (perhaps language).
My table (or Module) "
Associated Consultations" should then appear in my view "leads", as others list "Campaigns, Social, Tasks, Etc.> I have not found how to do.
3. When I convert a lead to Module Account or Contact, I need that information created in "Associated Consultations" are also transferred to these modules, exactly as in the Leads view.
Could you help me? This is one of the last things I need to understand and get to do it myself before registration.
