Problem with mail removing POP3 messages regardless of setting
The mail application is removing messages from my POP3 server regardless of the option I set in ZOHO. This problem just started over the past week or so.
I recently notice that I was missing email messages on my PC but was finding the missing messages in ZOHO. Upon closer inspection if I do not check for messages with my PC that over a period of time I will not receive any messages on the PC.
When I check the POP3 server the messages are gone but they are setting in ZOHO.
I have tried all of the different settings in ZOHO mail for "leave the messages" " only delete if deleted in ZOHO", "Delete on after number of days". No matter what the settings the messages still get removed from the POP3 server after ZOHO performs a retrieve.
