Problem with New Client User Email

Problem with New Client User Email

I am having a problem with the Email that goes out when I add a new client user. It seems the Email doesn't give them a password. I receive a copy of the Email, so here is what they receive:

Welcome to Zoho Projects

You have been added in Web Stream Innovations, LLC by Gary Driskill (administrator) as client user.

Here is your login information to access Web Stream Innovations, LLC portal from anywhere.

Access Web Stream Innovations, LLC portal from https://webstream.projects.zoho.com

Client Name : Harmony Computing

Your Login : susan@harmonycomputing.com

Working Projects : Harmony Computing,

Note : Use the same password that has been used for signing in other ZohoProjects portals

It states that they should use the same password that they have used for other ZohoProjects Portsal, but what if they don't have a password. That doesn't make sense. Please advise .
