Problem with POP3 and IMAP just for one mailbox

Hey guys,

We have a strange problem here. One of our mail boxes doesn't work with POP3/SMTP in outlook.
IMAP is not working flawlessly either, we have to sync multiple times for it to work.
The email address with this issue is abedi@kazhaltransport.com. Any ideas?
