Problem with Report table from Analitycs to crm

Problem with Report table from Analitycs to crm

Hello and sorry my bad english :)
I have been working on Zoho One for a very short time and the company has commissioned me a job!
In practice from a .txt file I have to populate a module on the crm. These are telephone line directories we need to bill!
I was thinking of using Analitycs to CRM but the fields don't update! How can I do?
Help me pls!
