As a admin user, I created folders, uploaded documents, added tags.

Shared the folders with 2 users as read only.

When user logs in

• Both are unable to search the document based on tags created by admin.
• One user can search by content sometime but its not consistent
• Other user can't search by content at all   

Is there any specific setting to enable the search option for all users using all criteria's ?
