Problem with set up : organizational settings

I have just joined Zoho CRM.  I am the administrator and only user.   

When I go into the "set up page" then "organization settings" to add my company information it comes back with an error :Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator.

Does it have anything to do with Google Apps set up? If I am the administrator and only user how do I fix this?
