Problem with social media profile integration in Bigin

Problem with social media profile integration in Bigin

I am facing lots of problem in mapping the social media handle of my clients and companies in Bigin Profile. The problem encounters is "Internal Server Error". I contacted the chat support on 29th March 2024, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They warranted me that they'll resolve the issue and respond by email. But, today is 20th April 2024, and there is absolutely NO response from Bigin support team. This is really concerning for me. Is there any real person available to help me on this?
