Problem With Viewers Being Able to Edit Public View

I am having a problem with the public view of my database.

The edit options are available to ANYONE viewing the form EVEN when I am logged out of my Zoho account.

It wasn't like this when I first embedded the view or for several months following. I just noticed this within the past few days. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail.

HELP!
