I downgraded my ZOHO Projects plan to "Free" last month, well within the free trial period. I provided extensive feedback as to why the product does not meet our company's needs. I expected a refund. Instead they charged me another $35.00.
When I checked my account just now, it was again listed as "Premium." When I tried to send feedback to ZOHO, a message came up that said the server could not accept it. What's going on?
