I went through the process of signing up, adding my details, adding my domain and got to the verification stage. Ive done all the correct CNAME verification stuffs with my domain through squarespace. 

After following the instructions properly the verification button kept reporting that the website wasn't verified, but this process isn't instantaneous so I left it there to pick up today. 

Now today, i sign in to my zoho mail and i am greeted with the message no domains configured and have 0 domains shown on my dashboard. Trying to troubleshoot this. 

The part I don't understand is that if I type in my address bar  zb******.mydomain.com I am redirected to soho mail login - according to the help page this means my domain is set up. Also can't re-add the domain as it says the data I've entered already exists. 

tldr - why am i faced with no domains configured when i have a domain configured according to the troubleshoot guide??
