Problems adding a domain to my organization
I'm not able to add a domain to my organization. The reason is that according to Zoho this domain already exists*. Same happens when I try to configure my url portal, the error message says that is already taken.
* Well, in fact it existed at some point. I had previously set a different account and added the same domain. However, I did delete that organisation and even my own Zoho account (although in this forum still appears my old account's name), I assumed that all the information related to that organisation and my old account would be deleted (or so the message said).
What could it be done to allow me to add the domain again?
