Problems connecting to poppro.zoho.eu and smtp.zoho.eu

Hello!

Is there any known issue with POP and STMP in zoho.eu? 

Two different accounts I've configured reported problems connecting to their email with Outlook Express since yesterday. They are both seeing this error message:

" Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity." 0x800ccc0f
