I have been told to post here as this is the ONLY way to get a "credit" for services not received. I encourage EVERYONE who is part of Zoho and who is affected by this "temporary" outage to request a credit for the incident. We should not have to keep following up with a company like this, some of us, if not most of us get paid for our time. Zoho should recognize this and put their money where their mouth is just like any other business out there. I want a credit posted to my account for this outage, not to mention the two day outage months ago, they promised a credit and never issued one (any attorneys out there listening??).
I inquired four hours ago and was told in chat it would be "fixed in a couple of hours". Five minutes ago, I was told the same thing by live chat. Why do they LIE, the staff at Zoho lies?? And they said they do not have authority to issue a credit. I hate dealing with people with no authority, I like to get things done.
Very dissatisfied high vol. customer. Trying to migrate to a competitor now.
