Problems generating the Authtoken in my CRM application

I am using the Browser instruction to generate the Authtoken, with the following instruction:

https://legalcrm.zohoplatform.com/crm/apiauthtoken.do?EMAIL_ID=ajmartinez@gmail.com&PASSWORD=AptuzXXXX&DISPLAY_NAME=INTERNAL USE

And the response of the system is as follows:

Unable to process your request.
Click  here to go back.

Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
