Problems in submiting quote, invoices, orders

Hello there,

I faced a problem when I tried to submit quote when I put cubic meters as for *Qty in format like X,XXX or X.XXX. Calculations are all right, but when I put save button it tells me "Please enter a valid Qty". What can be done here? Thank you!
