Hi There!
I was trying to assign a ZOHO CRM user account to one of my peers and although the user is created it's not liked to the organization data. She is running an empty instance of zoho crm.
The steps I did were:
1. Trying to assign a new user in zoho administrator console
2. System answer:
This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user.
This is odd because I have never add that user before. Moreover it's not listed neither in active, inactive or uncofirmed users"
3. I created an email alias for the same lady
The user was created, received an email confirmation but when she enter zoho crm the corporate data is missing!
How can I assign the data and privileges to "plimon"?
One more thing, we have configured Google Apps integration with Zoho CRM.
