Problems installing Zoho Virtual Office

Hello,

I downloaded the Virtual Office install from your website and tried to install it on a server. I am installing onto an XP Pro box. The installer got through to the section where it unpacks jar files and hung there. I let it sit for about 20 minutes before I shut down the installer. I thought I would uninstall and then start fresh. However, when I try to uninstall (whether from the Add/Remove control panel or the Zoho start menu folder) it doesn't seem to work. The uninstaller gets through its whole routine and tells me that VO has been uninstalled succesfully, but the files are all still on the hard drive (programfiles/adventnet/zoho) and when I double click the installer again to reinstall, it goes through the UNinstall routine again.

It seems that there are probably some registry entries that I need to change to fully uninstall, but I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
