I'm having problems with my account. I set it up a few months ago and tested it – all seemed fine. Today I tried to sign up to Twitter and they sent a verification email to my account which I have not received. I then tested my Zoho account by sending a test email from my Gmail and it failed. I assume this means that any clients that have tried to contact me have also been unable to email me.
I can supply you with the 'technical details of the permanent failure' if needed.
I was planning on upgrading my account when the business was better established. Unfortunately I'm going to have to migrate my account if this problem continues.
