problems receiving emails

Hi

can you help, stopped receiving emails yesterday, by the afternoon we could receive internal emails, today we can receive external emails but not all. I have received the folowing messages:

  • SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery. Learn more
  • DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery. Learn more
