Problems setting up a new user

I am getting the following email while trying to setup a new user on our Zoho CRM. But the user is not a super admin at all

.... has invited you to join ...... CRM account.

Since you are already a part of ........ CRM account and you are the super administrator for that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation.

To accept this invitation you need to,

Make any other user in ....... CRM account as a super administrator and ask them to delete you from that account. You can refer this help document to know how.

Once you are not a part of the ......... CRM account, click Join Bali Bisa's CRM account.

If you do not wish to accept this invitation, please click Reject.
