Problems synchronizing mail with Windows 10 default client

Hi, the situation is annoying. I can send emails from under the Windows app, but I cannot receive them. The app says, that there's no new email. Could you please help? There's not a lot of place to configure mail in Windowsk, you just write down your address and pass and that's it.

I use two factors authentication and app specific password - if it is relevant information.
