problems syncing with CRM to my Quickbooks pro 2010

I am trying to aviod exporting my customer base out of Quickbooks through excel and then into CRM because of many mapping difficulties. For instance, when I export with comma seperated values, once in CRM, 544 in the batch are skipped and 955 added due to "empty values for the mandatory fields". The only mandatory field I saw was last name...one field that has been overlooked in my QB. I'm trying to avoid hours of data entry just to export into your CRM. So I'm trying your new ZOHO Quickbooks Integration beta. And I'm encountering an error syncing to my QB....error message reads QBWC1053. PLEASE HELP! I need to get my customer base of over 2700 into CRM and there seems to be no easy way of doing it.
