Problems to recieve e-mails

Hi there, I´m having problems to recieve e-mails yesterday and today. I was thinking that my storage is full, but I don´t think soo. Do I have 5GB for each mail account, right ? So, what´s is going on ? Please, I´m waiting.. Thanks.
