I'm having some issues to receive e-mails with attached files. I receive them, but for a reason i dont know why, i cant visualize the attached image or download it for example. I see the name of the file on the e-mail, and its size too.

What is the solution for this problem? I have to change any option in the control panel?

I'll appreciate if someone gives a solution for that.
