Problems using "create link" links when setting up invoices / reminders etc.

Hi there

I've experienced this issue each time I have tried to use the "create link" feature in any type of email template I have set up.

It seems like a glitch, and I don't know how to resolve it.

This is how the email reminder template looks after I add the link to my website

It looks like its going to work right?!

BUT

here is the link as it actually appears when it arrives to a customer....

This same effect happens EVERY TIME I've tried to set up a web link using your "create link" feature

Can you please let me know how to make this work properly??

(I must say Zoho Books has a lot of great features but the forms editor Zoho has for edit / creating reminders etc. is shockingly BAD! and really lets the app down a LOT!! Also when I have contacted support direct via email their answers are very poor!! Come on Zoho!! Do better!!)
