Hello All,
my company changed the provider and email-servers. Now I have to edit my Email-Account in Zoho CRM. I worked with a POP-Account and an organizational Email-Adress (
...@safecor.de). Now I have to switch to an custom IMAP-Account. Unfortunately I can not configure IMAP, just POP-Settings.
In Zoho Help I found this topic:
I checked the required Availabilities (Edition Professional, Administrator Profile). When I go to
Setup > Channels > Email I can not find the "
Popular IMAP Email Integrations" or "
Custom Email Integrations" on the Email Settings page which I need now. I just see POP-configurations (see attached file).
What can I do to configure custom IMAP?
