Problems with CRM sync + contacting support

Hi all

First things first; I have opened up two support requests today, with the problem below, but now I do not have any open (or closed/on hold, for that matter) requests when I acces My Area. Opened 1 ticket and got no reply, so figured I would log in and check and could not find a ticket. Opened up a new one, took a screenshot of the confirmation screen, but when I went to My Rea, this was also gone! Any ideas?

OK, onward to the real problem

New to Zoho and have just signed up for Zoho One and I am trying to get all these services to work together soo that we can properly set things up and try it out. We're having a wierd problem with MarketingHub/Zoho CRM sync, as this does not work at all. 

In MH, If I go to Settings->Integrations->Apps, it says "Not connected" under Zoho CRM;

When I click "Connect", I get this error message;


If I try another approach;
In MH: Leads->Sync services

When I then click "Associate new account", the tab crashes! And still no CRM connected.
Have tried different browsers, but result is the same in all.
