Problems with Data Loss and Importing Leads
We have imported several Leads and now existing leads that were in CRM and being worked are now missing.
We can find the records when we do a search but when we click on those Records Zoho is telling us the record has been deleted or we don't have access.
I am the administrator, so I have access to everything. So this doesn't make any sense.
The most troubling thing about this is I have submitted this to callback@zohocorp.com and also submitted a trouble ticket through CRM.
We are a paying customer, but can absolutely never get a call back within a few hours. Having to wait til the next day while I have Salespeople with lost Data is absolutely unbelievable.
I can understand that you aren't a large company, but if we are a paying customer why is it impossible to get any help. This is a serious emergency where we have lost functionality of our Database and zoho takes its time getting back to us as if we were using the service for free.
Could someone fix the primary problem with Zoho CRM? The support.
