Problems with Documents Folders

Please let me give you some details about my technical problems with ZOHO.
From Documents folders, I was not able to move/copy files because after selecting the requested file, on BROWSE it does not appear anything. And the error is:

I restarted from Zoho Virtual Office service a couple of times and it shows the same errors.

If someone knows another solution.
