I recently tried to add an email address from Zoho to my Windows Live mail. I used all the correct settings, I am no computer novice, I run my own web design studio. I used the correct pop and smtp settings, I can send okay, but it cannot receive...this is the error message I received from Live Mail:
- You can send email from this account.
- 8:09 AM We couldn't get your messages: There was a problem connecting to the other server. If you've been seeing this message for a while, consider checking your account settings or contacting your other email service.
Any idea why this is happening? I added a Zoho email from the same Zoho mail account to my Gmail, and it worked no problem. Any idea why this is happening with Live mail?
This is urgent so any feedback would be appreciated.
