When I change the background colour and pattern for my mobile site, in the Visual Editor it all appears OK (ie, it appears OK within the Visual Editor).  However, if I preview the site or publish it and try to view the live site, the changes haven't taken effect and I still see the site with the old background colour/pattern.

I've tried clearing the cache and have tried a different browser, but the result is always the same - I've also tried waiting a day to see if the changes filter through.  Everything is OK for the full site, it's just the mobile site I'm having problems with.

Also on my Homepage, I have a Google Plus One button.  On the full site, this button correctly shows the number of people who have shared/recommended the site but shows '0' on the mobile site.  How can I make sure the mobile site shows the same information as the full site?
