Problems with notes

Hi Zoho team

We've been having a couple of problems with getting the functionality we need. Do you have any suggestions for the following problems?

Problem one:

We have typically 1 or two contacts associated with an Account. When people in our company deal with that account we like all the notes to be kept in one place (even if they occured from intereaction related to different people in the account). Thus we keep all the notes associated with this account with the account record, and have none which are linked directly to the contact.

Unfortunately, becuase the layout of the contacts and and the accounts page is similar for people who are learning to use the software, it is a fairly easy mistake for someone to make a note next to a contact, whereas it really should go in the account record.

Is there a way to disable notes related to contacts, such that users can only make notes related to sites.

Problem 2

We are a service based company and we we are delivering a service we use a sales order to keep ourselves updated of where in our service process the customer is at. However sales orders do not have the ability to have notes associated with them. This is ok by us as I stated earlier as we'd like to keep it all in the one place (ie linked to the account). However Is it possible to have the notes which are attached to the account for which a sales order is associated, to appear a the bottom of the sales order?

The functionaliy we require is to have a single place where our sales order coordinator can receive all the updated information about that client. Currently they have to look at both the sales order itself, as well as going into each of the notes associated with the account to get themselves up to speed. We have tried to make a report which displays the contents of all the notes associated with the account, plus showing the relevant records from the relevant sales order associated with that account as well as the account itself. problem is, the way the reports work, for each note it shows the note content but in the same row of the report it shows all the other data fields that we wanted. in each other row of the report the note content is different, but since the other data fields are a once off, these are not different, but they are repeated. This makes the report very long and somewhat unreadable.
