Problems with Outlook Add On

I am testing the Outlook Add On (Outlook 2010), and I have major issues:

1. I received an email from a contact in outlook.  I opened the email, went to the Add In tab, and hit "Send and Add to Zoho CRM".  At that point, the email disappeared from Outlook.  Is that supposed to happen?  Can we configure it so that it does not erase the email from Outlook if I send it to Zoho?

2.  When I went to Zoho to look for the email, I noticed that it had not added the email to my contact who sent the email.  It had created a new contact with the name of MY username and included the email there.

3.  I tried this again with a different email.  This time, it again did not add the email to my established contact in Zoho.  It instead created a new contact with the same name and added it there instead.

4.  Finally, all of the email that are being added to my Zoho account (see 2 and 3 above are not readable).  I get an error when I click on them that says:  "Unable to Process Your Request".

Are you aware of these issues?  Am I doing something wrong?
