Problems with password recovery (By Mail sending)

Hello,

I have a problem with Zoho CRM 5.0. I Create a user on the Login Page, and after i create a user, i cannot create another one on that same page.
So I create a 2nd user in Admin Settings, and when I create this 2nd user, th password should be sent to the mailbox of that user, but the applications doesn�t send it.

I have installed a file from one of this foruns, zohoCRM.jar that corrects this problem, but in my case the problem persists.

I�ve make some tests to see if the problem was from the smtp server, but it's not, becouse i have an account created in outlook, using the same authentication, and it works fine.

Can you help me please. I would like to show this application to other consultors in my company.
