Problems with SalesIQ Android app

Problems with SalesIQ Android app

Hi,

I have recently lost the option to create ticket from chats in SalesIQ app. Scrolling in active and closed chats are also not working from time to time. I have a incoming chat in the app from several days ago that I am unable to close, but it is not showing the web application or Desk... Any ideas?
