Hi,
The emails are of valmesa.es domain. We send email to others accounts in this domain and works well.
The problems only happens with some accounts:
We think than when we send an email through zohocrm, and this email don’t arrive to destination server, because the server is offline or the account don’t exist you put this email account in your database as an account with errors.
And now when we try to send an email we receive these errors that we attach.
How can we solve this? Is there anything that we can do to solve this problem?
