Problems with syncronization and spam

Hi Zoho,
Recently I have transferred my domain mails to Zoho. All users are receiving and sending e-mails through MS Outlook 2013, and we are facing 2 problems:
1 - When the e-mail is sent, 2 copies are saved at "Sent" folder: one is saved as a normal e-mail and the other as a spam mail.
2 - When synchronizing the e-mails, frequently we have an error (0x800CCC0F) that force us to send/receive couple of times till it works.
Is there any configuration problem?
