We are using ZOHO CRM since several years now. Now we want to use the ZOHO Writer to create a template for a nice looking email with fields out of our CRM. Creating such a template is easy, however the option to start the mail merge option in Writer is not active...... We are not able to select it.

What should we do to make this work?
