Problems with the web form

I apologize in advance for the banality of the question. But I read the guide and the FAQ and still I can't solve.

I'm trying to insert a contact form on a website.

I fill all the fields of Zoho CRM, including the return URL (home page), and the "domain name". Then I copy & paste the html directly in the page. But if I try to fill in the fields, nothing happens:

- I do not get redirected to the home page
- I do not receive email notification
- The contact isn't assigned to anyone

In what i'm wrong?

I use a "Sitefinity CMS" for this website.
