Problems with the Webfolder function in ZOHO VO

I have serious problems with the Webfolder function in WinXP. I can create the folder shortcut in Windows Explorer and connect without any issues but the Web browser view and the Windows Explorer view are not in sync. For example, I have five directories in the shared VO folder but I see only three in Windows Explorer and two of them have the wrong name, they are called "New Folder" and "New Folder (2)" instead of their actual names.

I am using the latest version, 3.2 build 3230.
