There has been a recent update to Zoho Writer, since this update the following issues occur:-
1 Existing Word Template documents greater than 1 page imported into Zoho CRM can not be edited with Zoho Writer and return an error.
2 Where a 1 page document is merged using Zoho Writer, it is no longer possible to edit the document after the merge.
3 Where a 1 page document is merged using Zoho Writer, it is no longer possible to export the document to Microsoft Word.
All this functionality was working fine before the update. A large number of my clients need this functionality to work.
