I was trying to add another user to Zoho, whose email ID I can use to send emails from. I tried to add it. The user is already a user of Zoho, and the invitation email was successfully sent to the new user. But the problem is that the user cannot access any contact we have in Zoho in CRM, nor any of the templates. Also, when I write a new email template, I cannot chose the new user's email as the sending email ID. 

Could you please help me and let me know if there is anything wrong I am doing? Why can't the new user access the data and why can't I use the new user's email ID as a sender for my templates?
