We are using MailChimp to get from the Websites and Webinars the customer data's and using MailChimp as "Marketing automation for this two topics.

As we using ZOHO CRM, we would like to snc the MailChimp - list wie ZOHO CRM

I Installed the MailChimp extensions from your Marketplace:

• CRM : Tab & Web tab Mailchimp is installed
• Connection is installed and in place
  

The following is working :

• In ZOHO-CRM-MailCHimp settings, I can see the snyc. list-Name from MailChimp and # of item in the list from MailChimp
• The sync. from ZOHO-CRM-Leads to MailChimp is working (It’s creating a List in MailChimp including the leads from ZOHO-CRM
•  You see in the TAB “Leads” and “contacts” the new fields: (MailChimp_Id, MailChimp Contact Created By, MailChimp List)

What is NOT Working

1.       In ZOHO-CRM crated Lists (in MailChimp Tap) you cannot sync with MailCimp

2.       In ZOHO-CRM crated List (in MailChimp Tap) you cannot add existing Lead/Contact like you can do in ZOHO-CRM Campaingns list (only new once)

3.       The Lists form MailChimp are not snyc with ZOHO CRM –not in the "ZOHO CRM MailChimp list Tab" not to regular "Leads Tab"

4.       If you select in the "leads TAB"  the Filter : “MailChimp List”  filter by  “is not empty”: the list is empty

5.      In ZOHO-CRM-MailChimp Setting – The Mappings only has 3 Fields (Email, First Name & Last Name).  My MailChim-Lists has more fields like “Message, Webinardate, Webinartyp, etc.”

6.     The sync "Lead-Tab" from ZOHO-CRM in MailChimp is named "Contacts" not Leads   

My questions:

1. Does my installation is not complete?
2. How can I get this to work ASAP
