Problems with Zoho Projects & Support
Hi.
We're having some issues on all Zoho products we work with. Some users are getting error when logging into Zoho Support. It doesn't happen to me, but I'm not being able to reply tickets (I get error Z101 doing it). One other user has his Zoho Proyects account completely empty. He lost all his assigned proyects and loaded hours to them.
When logging into administrator account, we get Account locked message.
Any help would be welcome.
