Probleum with account

I signed up with Zoho account and also configured a domain. But then I logged out and logged back to my account and my domain is not in my account. When I tried re-adding domain it says domain already exists. Same is with my mobile number, it asked for my mobile number when I added it says numbers is invalid or already used. What the heck is this. Please solve this problem.
