I'm looking to move to Zoho CRM from a custom-built application for our small travel company.

We have about a 1000 clients (B2C) per year going through a standard process with about 30 steps (booking received, booking confirmed, sent an email to wish safe trip, etc). Much of the time saved in our current CRM is by creating todo-lists based on this process, and then performing an action for many clients all at once.

For example: All clients with a confirmed booking leaving in the next 14 days > send this e-mailtemplate (and check the step "email to wish safe trip sent" so it doesn't show up again).

Or: anyone who has requested a brochure more than 7 days ago but has not applied yet > show up on the "Leads to call" list.

Doing this for a whole list of clients all at once, based on criteria you enter just once (creating ever-changing todo-lists) is a great time-saver.

I think this can be done with the Automation part of Zoho CRM but I'm just not sure how. Do you have any tips or pointers?
