im kind of new to Zoho CRM and trying to use it for our business processes.

Till now i'm having a lot of different small problems while trying to rebuild our sales process.

Maybe there are some more experienced users who could help me with building our workflow.

I try to do it all by myself and spending way to much time into this software instead of making sales.

Till now it's not making much easier. The setup process takes a long time and is not easy if you try to establish new workflows in a young company. But maybe this Topic can help others in the future to setup their crm.

I run a recreational leisure center with different watersports and outdoor activities. 

Mainly we sell services like courses and Tours for groups from 20-100 pax.

What i want to use Zoho CRM for is the process from the lead to the final sale.

It all starts with the first contact to the new customer via phone, mail or a personal talk. 

What module do you use to save all the facts of a deal? I tried it with some custom fields in the quotes module. 

But i don't know if thats the best way.

Also i try to use the new template editor to create a quote template which contains a few problems with some #hashs.

It's still not possible to show the sum of the taxes if you have more than one product if i'm correct.

We then send the quote to the customer.

As for now i stop with the process and looking forward to your suggestions to improve it.
