I am wondering if Zoho Reports has the ability to interact with my data on variables that are not explicit in the data, but for which the data exists. For instance, I have uploaded a transactions log into Zoho, including Customer Names. I would like Zoho to tell me things like: O f the customers that we saw for the first time in July, how many have we seen since? Of those people, what is the average number of visits? What is the length of time between transactions, on average, for these people?

I do not see how to "crunch" the numbers this way within the system. Each transaction has a customer name associated with it, so in theory the system should be able to do it...
